Connecting elementary schools (age 6-12 years) in different (EC) countries

Languages required :

• german
  and/or
• french

Objectifs :

• learning languages by communicating with peers in other countries
• sharing different cultures/traditions
• learning to know about customs and rites in the EC
• entering the world of new technologies

children should develop articles and documents in html

the documents include text, graphics and picture, sounds and movie

the final documents and the works in progress are shown on our website

the children communicate and send there ideas and documents by e-mail

(but traditional mail, phone and fax may still be used ;-))

progress :

• students dress up a range of interesting subjects and themes
• constitution of small groups (3-5) students in different schools (same age) working together on the same subject
• work in progress are uploaded and published on our homepage
• final documents are required for a determined deadline

• other activities and events (music, dances, sports, arts,...) are derivated

subjects :

• children’s everyday life
• customs and traditions
• children’s rights
• international events
• anything relevant for children’s interest
