INGREDIENS:
- 1 ½ l chicken broth
- Green vagetables for making soup
- Parsley and salt
- Egg stab(???) Eierstich as an added to a clear
- soup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- salt and nutmeg
PREPARATION:
Cook the green vegetables in the chicken broth.
For the egg stab grease a vessel with some butter.
Whisk eggs, milk and spices and put it in
this vessel.
Take a pot with cooking water and leave the vessel for 20 minutes in the pot.
Turn it out and cut it in dices and put it into the soup.
At last season it with some salt, strew the parsley and serve it.
