INGREDIENS:
- 2 kg asparagus
- 1 spoon sugar
- 2 spoons salt
- 2 - 3 slice lemon
- 8 eggs
- 100 g butter
PREPARATION:
Peel and bundle up the asparagus.
Put it in boiling salt water and cook it
with sugar and the slices of lemon.
For the omelettes crack the eggs into a
boil and put some salt with them.
Now grease the frying pan with some butter and put it all into the pan.
Swing the pan and bake it out.
At last drip off the asparagus and arange it with the omelette on a table.
