INGREDIENS:
- 1000 g potatos boiled in it's skin
- 60 g butter
- 2 big onions
- salt and white pepper
- 6 eggs
- 1/8 l whipping cream
- 1 spoon choped parsley and chives
PREPARATION:
At first skin the potatos and cut
them in slices. Heat some butter in a big pan and toast the slice of potatos
til they are golden- brown.
During that time cut the onions in dices and put them into the pan.
Season that all with pepper and salt. Now whisk the eggs with wipping cream,
season it with pepper and salt too,underraise the herbs and pour it on the
fried potatos. You can eat it with salat what taste you want.
