Living in Luxembourg
My village
My name is Mandy and I lives in Sprinkingen.Das is a village of approximately 365 inhabitants. The village Sprinkingen gehoehrt to the municipality Dippach, exactly like Schouweiler, Dippach, praying seaweed/measuring. The locality Sprinkingen was built for the first time 1239 erwaehnt.Sprinkingen has also a church, the 1766 mentioned wurde.Wann it white nobody so exactly. By Sprinkingen runs a brook, which, is called Mess. Exactly this, "Mess" runs by before our door. I live behind the church of Sprinkingen. It is a calm, small dreaming width unit village. For the moment much in Sprinkingen one works. But it is worthwhile itself to make nevertheless a walk by Sprinkingen. It gives here few very old houses a those was again reconditioned. My parents' house was built 1818. It was in former times a farmhouse and equivalent next door a pub. Today of it nothing more is to be seen. If we get attendance from people, which times did not know where Sprinkingen lie, they find it madly here, exactly like my Famillie and I. Sometimes my parents say then nevertheless: ' ' we would have bought somewhere differently a house, would be we many more calmly if it rain much "the measuring before our door flow exactly there, have my parents always to fear if the Mess rise. Because at the 2Äpril 1995 we had floods in Sprinkingen. It is and remains a beautiful village with a small chapel, an old wash well, a church, a cemetery and the Mess.

As I find Luxembourg
I live gladly in Luxembourg, it am only unfortunate that it mostly rains and seems nearly never the sun. Therefore I would live gladly z. ex. in Italy, because it there nearly never rains and seems mostly the sun. But I would never emigrate from Luxembourg and then to Italy would immigrate, because I would have to then learn Italian and I could not so often see then my friends any longer. I find it also stupid that Luxembourg does not have a beach and no sea. Therefore Luxembourg is however not large and poor, but small and richly. Because Luxembourg is so small, also no large recreational parks can be built, what naturally unfortunate is. In addition I find the city Luxembourg very beautiful, therefore each year also many tourists come to Luxembourg.

Bettingen/Mess
Bettingen is a small Doerfchen in Luxembourg, with several inhabitants. We have no supermarkets, ice skate runways or fairs in Bettingen, but we have a small market garden, a small studio and a small shop, in which one finds all food which one needs to It gives many farmer enterprises in Bettingen.Our municipality is called also rather Dippach.

I place to you my opinions over my village vor.Ich live not in the middle in the village, but a little outside. In the village a church, a cemetery, is a cultural center with pub and an obstruction center (it lead a market garden, a farm and a pop-and-mom shop.) In completely Bettingen 7oo people live. I find that in the village, live many older people. But also outside of the village new housing developments were built. If I could change something, I would let swimming pool or another leisure facility build
